Tiny Update

Just as i started to get back into the swing of things and actually commit to this thing (thing = the blog) we've had a MAJOR setback called: theinternetsucksatlifeanddoesntwantmetofuntction. tragic.  Suffice it to say that I've made friends acquaintances with AT&T employees, managers, and telephone operators alike. Our entire internet system has been installed, reinstalled, and then re-reinstalled (yep, thats 3 times people!) and now we're on to a fourth installation which hasn't been completed.  oh frustrations.

Anyways, this weekend we'll be participating in another show so we're excited about that.  Send good vibes!

True story, the lovely Jack actually wakes up from naps looking like this:

Wynwood Art Walk

hello darlings.  in my last post i mentioned that we participated in a show earlier this month. i'm actually quite surprised that any pictures came out because it was unusually windy and the lows dropped into the 40's.  which, if you're me, is equivalent to borderline blizzard conditions.  then again, i drive with the heater on in the summer.  but i digress.  here are some photos of the set up.

Picture update

It has been a busy couple months and unfortunately the blog was kind of dormant.  so that you're not bored with an unduly explanation I'll make it quick.  The holidays, I think, are hectic for a majority of the world.  As for school, I was maxed out on my credits which meant that finals season was anxiety ridden.  We participated in two craft shows, one being in the middle of December (great timing, i know) and the other was yesterday.  In the middle of it all we had ourselves a mini road trip for a bff's baby shower (which was a fabulous and much needed reunion).

here are the last few weeks in pictures:

I have a great (and maybe convincing?) explanation for the long-unduly, torturous break and will make it up with pictures and explanations very super ultra soon.  Love you.

I realize over the last couple weeks posting have dwindled but things have been quite busy around here.  I was entrenched in finals season which means that I spent the better part of a month glued to a chair in front of my computer writing papers in a drunken coffee stupor (no actual alcohol was consumed during studying, though I'm sure that would have made for interesting papers and maybe even bonus points!) trying to make sense of the questions my teachers wanted answers to.  Thankfully December 8th has come and gone and now I am freefreefree.  Well, from school (until January).  Now Llorente Design, which I had kindasorta been ignoring, requires some attention so I've been working on several things on that front.  Speaking of which, we're going to be vendors at a local event his Friday and we are so super excited (nervous, scared, stressed & nuts).  I'll let you know how it goes and hopefully post pictures of the event if I remember le camera.

For now, I leave you with the babe.

practicing for school? hmm 4 years too early.
